A video showing the exact moment when Mumias East Member of Parliament Peter Salasya was arrested by individuals believed to be officers from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has now emerged.
In the video obtained by Kenyans.co.ke, which surfaced on Friday, 16 May, Salasya is seen being nabbed from his alleged hideout in the bushes along the Isiolo-Nanyuki road.
A vehicle believed to belong to the officers is seen parked on the road as an armed officer in uniform mans it.
Curious onlookers are seen gathered a few metres away as they witness the situation unfold.
