People's Liberation Party (PLP) leader Martha Karua has arrived in Uganda to lead defence lawyers of opposition leader Kizza Besigye, who faces charges in a military court.
Karua and other Kenyan activists were deported on May 18 and May 19 from Tanzania, where they had gone to attend the hearing of a treason trial of Tanzanian opposition leader Tundu Lissu.
Karua, on May 19, would slam Tanzania's President Samia Suluhu for accusing her and other Kenyan activists of invading Tanzania.
On Monday evening, Karua dismissed Suluhu's sentiments, stating that she, alongside other activits, entered Tanzania legally.
