The knife-wielding Garissa Member of County Assembly (MCA) who attacked residents at a restaurant has spoken out over the bizarre incident, providing fresh details.
According to the MCA, he was escaping from a group of men who had ganged up on him just outside the restaurant. The MCA disclosed that the altercation came after a dispute over a parking space.
The MCA added that the dispute turned physical, prompting the need for the knife.
While pleading his innocence, the MCA came forward and took responsibility for the incident, citing his past decades of experience in the military.
