A day after announcing its planned exit from the Kenyan market, CMC Motors Group has issued a 90-day deadline to car owners.

In a notice dated Friday, January 18, the company has called on all car owners who are yet to clear their balances to clear them and pick up the cars in the next 90 days before they completely move out. "Pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, the registered owners of the following motor vehicles to clear their accounts and take delivery of their respective Motor vehicles within ninety (90) days," the notice by CMC has listed 70 vehicles, their makes, and locations for the owners for easy accessibility.
