Broadcasting and Telecommunication Principal Secretary (PS) Stephen Isaboke has underscored the government's zeal to empower the youth to become entrepreneurial by adapting to the evolving workplace.
Speaking on Saturday during a fundraiser for churches at Machongo grounds in Bomachoge Chache Constituency, Kisii County, Isaboke said the government had put more focus on the installation of the digital superhighway to improve the Information Communication and Technology hubs in the country.
Isaboke urged the youth to embrace innovation and adapt to the evolving technology to find jobs through the internet.
Urging the youth to support the government agenda, he cited Gucha as one of the areas an ICT hub was being revamped to meet the youths' internet needs.
