The Assets Recovery Agency (ARA) has announced the mass auction of vehicles and motorcycles that the agency recovered following the various criminal cases.

ARA noted that Kenyans can purchase motor vehicles, motorcycles, and other assets through a public auction set for this month.

In a public notice, displayed at My Gov on Tuesday, June 3, the agency confirmed that it will auction the assets, which were recovered under the provisions of the Proceeds of Crime and Money Laundering Act (POCAMLA).

ARA said that the assets will be sold on an "as-is-where-is" basis on Wednesday, June 18, starting at 10.00 am.
