The County government of Uasin Gishu has finalized plans for the construction of the first modern diagnostic Centre in Eldoret town to the tune of Sh. 437 million.

The transformative project will also be equipped at a cost of Sh.300 million and is expected to revolutionizing healthcare services in the region.

The ultra-modern facility set to be completed in three years' time, will help in carrying out research and diagnosing DIAG many communicable diseases, giving a new phase to the current Uasin Gishu Hospitals located in the Central Business District and housed in an old building that has withstood the test of time.
