Burglars broke into Justice Agnes Murgor's home in Kilifi and made away with a laptop containing judgements and court proceedings and an iPhone.
Kilifi South DCI boss Leonard Kurgat said the burglary of the Court of Appeal judge's residence that happened on Monday at the exclusive Shariani Kuruwitu residences.
He said the case was reported at Mtwapa police station on Monday by the judge's bodyguard after he was alerted by Justice Murgo.
According to the police officers who visited the scene established that the robbers gained entry by severing the sliding door locks, and went through the lounge to the master bedroom. The thieves also ransacked her home.
