Former Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President, Nelson Havi, wants the National Police Service spokesperson, Muchiri Nyaga, arrested.

While appearing on Spice FM on Wednesday morning, Havi poked holes in the chronology of events in the arrest and subsequent death of Albert Ojwang, and the conflicting communications that followed shortly after.

According to the senior counsel, Nyaga was liable for concealment of a crime as his initial statement had alluded to Ojwang committing suicide, an assertion that pathologists have since debunked. "First and foremost, this communication from the police was released by the director of corporate communications, Muchiri Nyaga, who fell short of telling us that Ojwang had committed suicide," Havi stated.
