The newly appointed chair of the Turkana County Public Service Board, Peter Ekunyuk Ingollan, has officially assumed office with a promise to introduce the first-ever employee award scheme in Turkana for outstanding performance as part of his immediate priority.
His entry brings to a close a three-year leadership gap at the board, which has operated without a substantive chair since August 2022.
