Information, Communications, and The Digital Economy Cabinet Secretary (CS), William Kabogo, has re-affirmed government's commitment to ensuring high-speed internet connectivity across all public institutions.
Speaking during a familiarization tour of government offices at Sauti House in Mombasa, the CS announced that all government facilities will soon have reliable and stable internet connections to enhance service delivery.
He also confirmed that the Taifa Care programme, managed by the Social Health Authority, is functioning effectively. "It may not be perfect, but it is working," the CS stated, expressing satisfaction with testimonials from patients at the Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital.
To curb corruption and improve efficiency, CS Kabogo said that all government ministries will soon transition to paperless operations.
