In its weekly forecast, released on Monday, June 16, the weatherman said that Highlands East and West of the Rift Valley, the Lake Victoria Basin, the Rift Valley, Coast and some parts of the South-eastern lowlands and North-western Kenya will experience rain between Tuesday, June 17, and Saturday, June 21.
According to Kenya Met, residents in Nyandarua, Laikipia, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Murang'a, Kiambu, Meru, Embu, Tharaka, and Nairobi counties will likely experience cloudy skies breaking into sunny intervals in most mornings throughout the week, apart from Tuesday morning, when it is predicted to rain in a few places.
Showers are expected to be experienced in the afternoon and night throughout the week, apart from Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, which will remain partly cloudy.
