Two spiritual leaders in Narok county have decried deteriorating virtues in the society that they lament has led to increased cases of murder, corruption and tribalism in the country.

Bishop Augustine Rugut of Gospel Outreach and Bishop Paul Mbugua of Kenya Wariba Israel Churches regretted the increasing social media vulgar language, saying it fanned hatred and bitterness among Kenyans.

Bishop Rugut called on the government to put appropriate measures to end corruption in the country, alleging that citizens were slowly turning to money worship and could do anything in exchange for money.

The cleric encouraged all faithful to pray for their leaders as commanded in the Bible, adding that it is a sin to curse and speak ill of leaders.
