Ongoing roadworks along Gichocho-Ndumberi Road promise to improve connectivity, drainage, and economic activity as residents and workers witness tangible progress.
Progress is being felt along the Gichocho-Ndumberi Road, where grading, murraming, and compaction works are currently underway on the previously untarmacked section.
The project is part of an ongoing infrastructure improvement plan spearheaded by Kiambu MP Machua Waithaka, aimed at improving rural connectivity and enhancing road usability, especially during rainy seasons.
The road upgrade includes paving of drainage channels and installation of culverts in areas most affected by water logging.
