In a statement on Wednesday, June 25, the Embassy said that the registration will enable the government to provide the necessary and timely help and support.
During the registration, individuals will be required to submit their details, where they work and live, as well as the personal and contact details of their two next of kin, one in Kenya and another in Qatar, who can be contacted in case of an emergency.
On Monday, June 23, the Qatar government temporarily shut down its airspace hours after Iran threatened to retaliate against the United States after strikes on its nuclear sites.
