A coordinated initiative spearheaded by technical institutions, the Kericho County government and the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) is focusing on prevention, rehabilitation, and enforcement in a bid to reverse the tide of addiction, particularly among students.
