In a major step toward strengthening grassroots healthcare delivery, Vihiga Governor Dr.
Wilber Ottichilo has officially commissioned the newly constructed Mulele Dispensary in West Sabatia Ward.
The facility is poised to significantly improve access to primary healthcare services for hundreds of local residents.
Speaking during the commissioning ceremony, Governor Ottichilo emphasized that the new dispensary aligns with his administration's broader commitment to enhance health infrastructure across Vihiga's five sub-counties. "Access to quality healthcare is a constitutional right, and we are committed to ensuring that every resident, regardless of their location, receives quality, timely and affordable medical attention," said Governor Ottichilo.
