Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has condemned former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua's controversial sentiments targeting President William Ruto.

Duale on Saturday evening accused the former DP of making 'reckless' and 'harmful' remarks that could potentially plunge the country into chaos if not controlled.

This is after Gachagua criticised the Head of State for reportedly frustrating Mt Kenya people and using divisive tactics to stall the populous region's progress.

Responding to Gachagua's sentiments, Duale said that the former DP's statement lowered the standards of Kenya's leadership and that the latter was out to sow division among Kenyans. "We know Mr Gachagua is in a self-destructive mode.
