President William Ruto has challenged opposition leaders to offer the youth a better plan for addressing their issues, rather than inciting them to violence.
The Head of State, who spoke on Thursday afternoon while hosting players from Nairobi United Football Club, urged the opposition to shift their politics from mere rhetoric to practical solutions. "I want my plan of creating employment opportunities for our young people to be tested against that of my competitors," the President stated.
He pointed out that young people were the nation's greatest asset, adding that his administration would do everything possible to support the young generation regardless of the current challenges.
