President William Ruto has revealed that the government is in the process of establishing a 70Km network of roads across Nairobi.

Speaking in Embakasi on Thursday, July 17, the head of State claimed that the roads will be essential in easing traffic across the city, which will in turn catalyse economic metamorphosis within the country's capital.

According to the president, the project, which is being executed in phases, is part of the government's strategy to also see the modernization of the city and position it as a prominent global hub. "We have rolled out a comprehensive plan that will change the face of Nairobi to make it a top global hub," Ruto said.
