Students from the Chebisaas Boys High School in Eldoret took to the streets on Saturday night to protest an alleged disappointing concert.
Under the dim lighting of street lights, the students marched on the highway towards Eldoret City, whistling and chanting.
Reportedly, the students had been promised a concert if they paid Ksh250 each, but were disappointed by the choice of the artist.
According to reports, the school administration chose a local vernacular musician, something that did not resonate well with the boys, who saw it as blatant tribalism.
