The government has put on notice Samburu cattle rustlers who have been stealing livestock and killing people in the region.
Interior Cabinet Secretary (CS) Kipchumpa Morkomen, who toured the county after a series of killings of innocent residents and cattle rustling, warned that the government is equal to the task of taking care of people's lives and property.
The CS assured Samburu residents that the government will ensure that criminals hiding in Malaso valley will be flushed out by security forces.
The CS also warned politicians perpetrating cattle rustling activities in the region that the government will no longer tolerate them.
