KANU party leader Gideon Moi's company is among the beneficiaries who will be receiving millions after a fertiliser blunder the government made.

Mitchell Cotts (K) Limited was named as the 1st Interested party in a court case between Osho Chemicals Industries Limited -the petitioner- against the Attorney General, the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and the Kenya Bureau of Statistics (KEBS).

In the petition, Mitchell Cotts (K) Limited is among three companies that will be indirectly benefitting as they will be receiving outstanding warehouse rent and taxes.
