Environment Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has challenged Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka to substantiate his claims about Ruto's alleged scheme to rig the 2027 general elections.
Addressing congregants during the 14th graduation ceremony of Almustaqbal University in Garissa County on Saturday, January 25, Duale termed Kalonzo's sentiments as baseless and misleading.
