The family of the late Dutch tycoon Rowenhorst Herman has gone back to the High Court seeking the cancellation of the bond of Riziki Cherono for what they termed as their security concerns.
The family claims that Cherono has breached the bond terms, which barred her from living in Mombasa.
The family insisted that she has been trying to contact them.
Cherono and Tmothy Omondi are charged with the murder of the tycoon and security guard, Evans Bokoro, on June 4, 2021, at Rocco Apartments in Shanzu.
