Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino has hinted at a possible political alliance with Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka after encouraging him in his upcoming presidential bid for the 2027 general election.
The MP was speaking on Friday, August 15, during the Law Society of Kenya Annual Conference in Diani, Kwale County, where he urged Kalonzo, who announced that he would be on the ballot in 2027, to 'go forth and conquer the nations', hinting at a possible support for his bid.
Babu Owino, who has long been an ally of ODM leader Raila Odinga, encouraged the Wiper Democratic Front Party leader to continue with his candidacy. ''Unto excellency Kalonzo Musyoka, go ye and conquer the nations,'' Owino said.
