Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua on Sunday made another scathing claim against the Kenya Kwanza Government revolving around the embattled Chief Justice Martha Koome.
Gachagua, while addressing congregants at Meru PCEA Church, claimed there was an elaborate plan to oust Koome from office ahead of the 2027 General Election.
According to Gachagua, President William Ruto was also keen on disbanding the Supreme Court ahead of the next poll.
The former DP went on to suggest that a budget had already been set aside for the scheme. "There is a bigger scheme to dismantle the Supreme Court ahead of the 2027 elections," Gachagua said.
