The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has launched a dedicated portal for Kenyans seeking to confirm the status of their driving licence and number plates before collection.
In a brief statement on Tuesday, August 19, the Authority noted that the service status portal only required a motorist to enter their details to access information regarding their applications.
Kenyans who want to know the status of their applications were urged to log into the NTSA portal through the eCitizen platform and navigate to the status portal, share their details and submit for a response.
According to NTSA, once a motorist submits their details on the portal, their request will be forwarded to their specific collection centres in the form of a complaint.
