The National Industrial Training Board (NITB) has held its 3rd inauguration ceremony for the new members of the Board's Sector Training Committees (STCs) which brought together key stakeholders in the agenda to foster collaboration and advance skills development through sector leadership.
The Principal Secretary (PS) for Labour and Skills Development Shadrack Mwadime urged all stakeholders to continually work together towards making the goals of the nation a success as he re-assured the Sector Training Committees of the government's unwavering support.
In a speech read on his behalf by the Secretary Administrator in the State Department of Labour and Skills Development Herman Shambi, Mwadime congratulated the 12 STCs for their outstanding roles in their new posts after inauguration.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of the National Industrial Training Board (NITB) Aden Noor Ali described their routine as that of shared commitment, fostering skills, with an inclusive and globally competitive workforce.
