Teresia Njeri, the widow of the late marathoner Samuel Kamau Wanjiru, has embarked on recovering a prime property that belonged to her late husband that was allegedly grabbed in Nyahururu town.
Speaking to the press alongside Njeri, her lawyer Ndegwa Wahome said it was just recently when going through Wanjiru's documents that they discovered the property. "We recently discovered that the late Wanjiru owned a prime plot in Nyahururu town.
A local businessman had illegally taken over the property but we are going for it," Ndegwa said.
Ndegwa said he was under instructions from Wanjiru's widow to ensure the property, which was already being developed, is brought back to the deceased's estate.
