US State Department has temporarily halted ban on health programs offered by U.S.

President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) following  Donald Trump's executive order on foreign aid.

In a statement by Jeff Graham, a Senior Official at GHSD on Saturday, February 1, the waiver will last for 90 days to allow for the review of suspended health programs.

The waiver will also apply to specific services, and exclude others. "Emergency Humanitarian Waiver to Foreign Assistance Pause" and subsequent January 30 confirmation to GHSD from the Director of Foreign Assistance (F).
