Wiper leader and Senior Counsel Kalonzo Musyoka revealed that he is currently leading the process of collecting key evidence that will enable him to present a case against the Government of President William Ruto at the International Criminal Court(ICC).

Speaking in Kimana, Kajiado County, on Sunday, Kalonzo announced that his decision to take the government to the ICC was driven by the recent surge in abductions. ''We will be taking them to the International Criminal Court (ICC) and we are gathering the necessary evidence.

We cannot accept Kenya going the wrong way,'' Kalonzo announced.  The senior counsel also condemned the government over the alleged abduction and killing of critics, vowing to seek justice for the families who have lost their loved ones.

''We want our children who were picked against the law to be let free either dead or alive to enable us to know what to do,'' he added.  The senior counsel's sentiments came a few hours after abduction victims on Sunday issued a string of demands to the ICC after being released from captivity.
