The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has clarified on the final dates for the Kenya Junior Education Assessment (KJSEA) dates.
In a post making rounds on social media, it was alleged that the KJSEA exams would begin on October 27, 2025, and end in November 2025.
However, KNEC has flagged the post as fake.
The post further alleged that KNEC had already conducted piloting on the KJSEA exams using the current Grade 8 learners in 235 schools alluding that the piloting had been done from July 15 to July 19, 2024.
