Authorities in Ruai are investigating an incident in which police officers allegedly raided a woman's house over the suspected theft of KSh 20 million.
The police report was filed by the estranged wife of a sitting senator, who claimed that men identifying themselves as police officers raided her home in search of the money, which they alleged belonged to the senator.
According to the report, three of the officers who entered her home claimed to be attached to Njathaini Police Station.
Upon entry, they went straight to her bedroom to conduct a search.
