There was a looming showdown in Senate on Tuesday after Azimio la Umoja coalition members dramatically occupied the Majority seats.
A few minutes before the opening of the fourth session, Nyandarua Senator John Methu arrived in the company of Senator Gloria Orwoba.
Senator Methu attempted to sit in the Senate Majority Leader's seat but was pushed to the next seat by security personnel in the House.
Immediately after the security left, Senator Orwoba occupied the majority seat as her Kitui counterpart Enoch Wambua occupied the Deputy Majority Leader's seat.
