An interfaith community from Tharaka Nithi County has led the residents of the county in prayers seeking divine intervention to curb the rising road accidents.
In a heartfelt appeal for divine intervention, the Magumoni interfaith community gathered at Kimunyuru black spot to pray for the safety of their roads especially along the Meru- Embu highway.
The event, marked by unity and shared concern, saw key figures from the local clergy and community leaders come together in a powerful call for change and safety amid a troubling surge in road accidents.
Leading the congregation, Reverend Patrick Kirimi from the PCEA Church Magumoni called on the government to take immediate action by installing speed bumps at critical points along accident-prone highway.
