Milimani Anti-Corruption Court Chief Magistrate Thomas Nzyoki has convicted former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu and his wife Susan Wangari on graft charges related to a Sh588 million scandal.
Waititu and his wife have been found guilty of conflict of interest and dealing with suspect property.
Also found guilty are businessman Charles Chege and his wife Beth Wangechi together with former Kiambu County Government Roads chief Officer Eng.Luka Mwangi.
The magistrate says they are convicted as charged.
