What you will need: 500g minced meat 1 teaspoon garlic, minced 1 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 teaspoon black pepper Salt to taste 3 tablespoons white vinegar Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 1 onion, diced 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 tomatoes, diced 1 teaspoon curry powder 100g tomato paste A handful of fresh coriander Juice of 1 lime Method:  Saute the onions until soft, then add in the minced garlic and ginger.

Follow with the cumin seeds, turmeric powder and black pepper.

Mix well until fragrant.
