The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) will officially open its placement portal for the September 2025 university intake in March 2025, Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba has announced.

In a press statement issued and signed by the CS on Thursday, Ogamba stated that the portal would be opened to allow students to apply for their preferred courses.

The CS confirmed that the portal was already open for the Kenya Medical Training College, Teacher Training Colleges, and Technical and Vocational Education and Training institutions. "In keeping with the annual placement calendar, the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) will open the placement portal for the September 2025 university intake in March 2025," Ogamba announced.
