Former Baringo North MP Willy Rotich Kamuren has passed away while receiving treatment in Nairobi on Friday, February 28.
According to reports, Kamuren died while receiving treatment at a hospital in Nairobi.
Kamuren was a prominent politician and businessman known for his contributions to Baringo County's politics. Kamuren began his political career in 1963, becoming the first Member of Parliament (MP) for Baringo East, now Tiaty Constituency, under the Kenya African Democratic Union (KADU) ticket.
