What you will need: 2 whole thafi fish (rabbit fish) 2 to 3 tablespoons ginger/garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper Lemon juice Oil for frying For the coconut sauce: 500ml coconut cream 1 tsp curry powder Juice of 1 lime Salt to taste What to do: Clean and lightly slice the fish, taking care not to cut it all the way through.
This will give it more flavour.
Mix all the other ingredients together and marinate the fish, then put the marinade into the cuts you made in the fish. Put some oil in a frying pan and heat it up.
