Education Cabinet Secretary, Julius Migos Ogamba has presided over the launch of the national education dialogues at the Machakos International Convention Center in Machakos County.
The State Department for Basic Education organized nation-wide county-based dialogues focusing on the quality of education and learning outcomes under competency-based education (CBE).
Under the theme "strengthening stakeholder engagement for effective implementation of competency-based education," the meetings will be held in all 47 counties from March 7th to March 13th, 2025.
The dialogues are designed to engage all stakeholders in the education sector regarding the ongoing implementation of the CBE, including the progress, achievements and opportunities arising from the rollout.
