A section of parents and students have been thrown into a state of confusion after they were unable to access their 2024 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results.

The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) portal reportedly went down moments after Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos announced how to access the exam results.

While releasing the examination results on Thursday morning, CS Migos advised parents and students to access their results via results.knec.ac.ke  "Individual 2024 KCSE candidate examination results will be accessed online through a secure link: knec.ac.ke.

Enter the candidate's index number and any one of the names as per the registration data of the 2024 examination results," CS Migos announced.
