The Public Service Commission (PSC) has issued a notice to 205 Kenyans who failed the proficiency examination for clerical officers held in September 2024.

In the Kenya Gazette issue of March 7, the commission outlined each of the subjects each of the 205 had failed in and directed that they were expected to resit the listed subjects. "The following two hundred and five (205) candidates did not pass the Proficiency Examination for Clerical Officers held from  September 23 to 26, 2024.

They are expected to resit the subject(s) indicated against their names," part of the statement read.

Although the subjects varied among the candidates, the most prominent elective subject which recorded the most failures was Human Resource Services across several ministries.
