Kenya has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Denmark government, a partnership that will focus on the areas of higher education, research and innovation.

The MOU symbolizes the two countries readiness to deepen, expand and strengthen ties and partnership.

The signing ceremony that was undertaken by the Cabinet Secretary for Education Julius Ogamba and the Minister of Higher Education and Science of Denmark, Christina Egelund, was   attended by the Principal Secretary, State Department for Higher Education and Research, Dr.

Beatrice Inyangala and Vice-Chancellors from 15 public universities.
