Githunguri Member of Parliament Gathoni Wamuchomba has urged former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua to advocate for Kenyans in general and not just the Mount Kenya region.
Speaking during an interview with NTV on Monday, March 24, Wamuchomba, who is a close ally of the former DP, said that Gachagua should be 'sensitive' and more accommodating to other communities to prove that he is a national leader.
According to Wamuchomba, she has already had a conversation 'many times' with Gachagua on the issue. "He doesn't have to necessarily agree with me, but if it's a fact, it is a fact.
Rigathi needs to realise that he has the mountain with him; he does not have to talk and punch again about the mountain," she stated.
