The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has expressed regret over a system downtime that has resulted in the unavailability of its services.

In a statement on Tuesday, March 25, the authority conveyed that the technical team had begun working to resolve the issue and restore service.

NTSA further noted that more information would be provided once the system was back online and apologised for the inconvenience caused by the downtime. "We are currently experiencing a system downtime, and our services are temporarily unavailable.

Our technical team is working to resolve the issue and restore full functionality as soon as possible," part of the statement read.
