Kipkenyo Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA), David Kimele Leting, on Saturday, January 11, hosted a pompous ceremony inviting his ward residents to celebrate scoring a mean grade of D- (Minus) in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 2024.

Leting was among the 962,512 candidates who sat for the recently released KCSE examinations after registering as a private candidate.

Speaking to the media during the ceremony, the MCA relayed that he had not attended any classes and had instead sat for the examination for the sake of attaining a KCSE certificate, thus the excitement for the D Minus. "I am ahead of over 480 candidates who have already wasted 15 years to go to school.

I have never gone to any school, even a tuition," he narrated.
