Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa Fernandes Barasa (wearing hut) accompanied by his Deputy Ayub Savula (R), hands over a 25 kg bag of planting fertiliser and 2 kg packet of maize seed to a Person with Disability (PWD) when he launched a 200 million-shilling free distribution of the essential farm inputs to vulnerable farmers at Matungu Sub county headquarters in Kakamega County.
The initiative targets low-income families, women, widows, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) across the 12 subcounties.
