Matungulu, Member of Parliament Stephen Mule, has threatened to initiate the process of ejecting the Inspector General of Police, Douglas Kanja, if he continues engaging in politics and following a goon attack on former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.

Speaking during a press briefing on Sunday, April 6, the MP said that the IG should 'style up,' refrain from politics, and focus on protecting the people of Kenya.

The MP, who was commenting on the recent goon attack in the PCEA Kasarani East church, where Gachagua was in attendance, said that Parliament is closely assessing the next step for the IG and will be monitoring him to make sure that those responsible for disrupting the church service are held to account.

According to the MP, Kanja will be required to conduct an investigation and produce the names of those who sent and paid the goons to disrupt the church service.
